marathons in the past, to much shorter runs now, to cycling, traditional strength training,
and daily walks, I prioritize staying active and maintaining a balanced fitness regimen.
Coupled with regular exercise, I am an avid consumer of nutritious studies and trends,
constantly looking to ensure proper fueling and recovery through wholesome meals and
smart supplementation. While staying the course is challenging (pizza and beer on
occasion), this path has not only enriched my physical health but also fostered a sense
